How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open SwipeVault, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your premium content will be restored automatically.

I purchased premium but it's not showing. What do I do?

Try these steps: (1) Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". (2) Make sure you're connected to the internet. (3) Check that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. (4) Restart the app. If the issue persists, contact us at the email below.

Does SwipeVault require an internet connection?

No. SwipeVault works completely offline. The only time an internet connection is needed is when making an in-app purchase or restoring purchases through the App Store.

How does the star rating system work?

Each level awards 1 to 3 stars. You get 1 star for completing the level, 2 stars for completing it within the par number of swipes, and 3 stars for a perfect run — par swipes with no hints or undos used.

How does the Daily Vault work?

Every day, a new unique puzzle is generated for all players. Complete it to build your streak. The daily puzzle resets at midnight. Premium users can also replay previous daily challenges from the archive.

Can I change the game's theme or appearance?

Yes! SwipeVault includes 6 color themes: Midnight, Emerald, Crimson, Sunset, Arctic, and Amethyst. Go to Settings to switch themes. You can also customize the emoji used for the bandit, keys, vault, and hazards.

How do I reset my progress?

To start fresh, you can delete and reinstall the app. This will remove all local progress data. Note that your premium purchase can always be restored via the App Store.

Does the app collect my data?

No. SwipeVault does not collect any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no accounts. All your progress is stored locally on your device. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
