By downloading, installing, or using SwipeVault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SwipeVault is a puzzle game for iOS devices. The App provides grid-based puzzle levels where players swipe to move a character, collect keys, avoid hazards, and reach the exit. The App includes both free and premium content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers free content including the first three level packs (150 levels) and the Daily Vault. Additional content — including level packs 4 through 10, Endless Mode, and Daily Vault replay — is available through a one-time in-app purchase ("Premium Unlock").

All content in the App — including but not limited to game design, levels, graphics, animations, sounds, and code — is the property of SwipeVault and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SwipeVault or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
