SwipeVault ("the App") is a puzzle game developed for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects (spoiler: none) and how it operates.

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not:

• Require an account or login
• Collect your name, email address, or any contact information
• Track your location
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Use cookies or similar technologies
• Contain advertising or ad-tracking SDKs
• Access your camera, microphone, contacts, or other device sensors

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only to provide its core functionality:

• Level progress — which levels you have completed, your best scores, and star ratings
• Game settings — your preferences for sound, haptics, visual effects, selected theme, and custom emoji
• Daily streak — your consecutive Daily Vault play count
• Purchase status — whether you have unlocked the premium content (managed by Apple's StoreKit)

This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework and never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party.

4. In-App Purchases

SwipeVault offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium content. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of your purchase data: apple.com/legal/privacy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. There are no analytics platforms, crash reporting tools, social media integrations, or advertising networks in the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for all ages.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data in the first place.

8. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and the App operates fully offline, your data is protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, device encryption).

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. All game data is stored on your device and can be removed by deleting the App.

10. Offline Operation

SwipeVault works entirely offline. No internet connection is required to play the game. The only time network access may be used is when making an in-app purchase through the App Store, which is handled by Apple.

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Since we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
